Mini-Split New System Requirements
1.) These prices are to replace systems over 15 years
2.) Rebate must be signed over to EZ Energy Save
3.) Pictures need to be taken of old equipment & name plate
4.) Pictures need to be taken of the new equipment once they are installed
5.) Copy of most recent utility bill and must be sent in
6.) New equipment must be installed within 45 days
